Every weekday morning there are four classes; 6.00am until 6.55am, 7.00am until 7.55am, 8.00am until 8.55am and 9.00am until 9.55am where we put you through a boxing fitness workout before work, school or after the school-run and set you up for the rest of the day. More experienced Juniors are welcome at these more challenging sessions before school. We start by explaining the objective of the session, a warm up, session technique and fitness bag work, boxing fitness with some pad drills thrown in followed by a warm down.
